   Through the Internet, I can get live coverage of the Peabody Hotel Ducks in Tennessee, 3rd world countries playing regular season high school football games, empty lecture halls in colleges in North Dakota, but it has taken me 5 days to get an outdated results link of the Baby Giro.

   This is in Italian, but the PDFs have the stage and GC results. They update it sometime in the evening (US time at least). Today's results not up yet, but every other stage is up.
