You only put 2 1/2 minutes into my Montebello + dirt to Black Mountain. After TMR and all that. Jeez.
Nice sprint today. I tried to keep the speed up for you quick guys over the top and down the hill ...blew myself right out the back. Ride today was an test with zero nutrition other than water. Not advisable. Bonk at 3hrs.
Did you eat breakfast or was it a totally empty first two hours?

Ragged as usual. Got off the bike, stretched, ate some gel and bounced back.
