So my girlfriend and I were debating how much water you drink and how much carbohydrate/electrolyte drink you guys use in the peloton. Are those bottles full or water, super secret cycling formula, or a slightly watered down Sangiovese? I'm watching your blog to find out.

What's the highest speed you've hit on the descent between Passa Sella above Pascaglia to the bottom at the intersection at Canvalle at the beginning of the climb to Fiano. I would imagine it's after the last left turn below Pascaglia where the is straight to the bottom

Your food blog was interesting and pretty funny - you have a good way with words. I had the chance to ride in the Dolomites this year with Rapha/LaFuga - I love France but - I'm generalizing - on a bike trip, Italy gets the food AND coffee nod. Keep writing!!!
