hi mate...i was trying to win one with my ride up boxhill on the way home yesterday but i missed out on third place by 3 seconds..grrrr...garmin seems to be the way to go coz the iphone app seems to be getting less accurate as time goes by...riding in the alps was sick! how's your heart issue going?

yeah hearts stuffed! still seeing a heap of doctors. and am probably gunna start riding again in next few days. but i think it will be a case of just riding to turn the pedals over! certainly wont be able to do any racing or even to hard training. so very annoying, cause i really should/could be wiping the floor with people at the moment. WAY jealous about your alps riding!
