    correction: weekdays i ride 30-40 miles (or roughly 2hrs before work), weekends i ride 50-60 miles(or roughly 3hrs before play).
    yup, the old ball & chain has me by the carbon wheels! haha.
    i seldom do 70-100 mile rides anymore, except on a nice summer day :)

    set your auto-pause, and you don't have to worry about added time for pee breaks, or go pro and pee off the saddle ;-p

    how do you set auto-pause? i pee alot when i first go out for a ride, eff this old bladder of mine! :(
