running in rwanda...I was here 2 years ago and there are WAY more people out running now...awesome to see. Lots of guys challenging me which was very funny. All in good fun and let's just say I held my own haha...a few girls out running too which is good to see here. Jet lag runs are not fun but great to get out!

How long you there for? Garneau is sending a team to the Tour of Rwanda...I'll be there with them starting Friday, Nov. 16.
