As a simple enthusiast I don't do intervals, but sometimes I like to push myself to the limit and I know how it hurts to do it in cold weather!
I live in the north of Portugal and it's already getting pretty cold in here. Certainly not as much as in there, but I already tasted 0ºC on the bike this year.
