As in tire pressure?
Great place for winter riding!
should come out to Santa Barbara and ride with some of the boys.
Looks like a whale of a good time!
Love the central coast. Keep at it Taylor!
I second what Steven said. You are the best GPS artist on Strava!
Beautiful Strava Art
I'm becoming a big fan of yours
Are you riding with your tyres @ 50psi???
Your ride looks like a turtle biting a bunny in his ass..:-)
stop torturing those tyres!
What are the benifits of this training?
Increased strength maybe? (The clue's in the title).
Nah he is just takin the psi.
He listened to Psy's Gangnam style 50 times?
OMG now everyone knows what's the secrect to become a pro!!!
50psi and he still gets kom's and averages 20 mph!!! wow
and hits 50mph ?? That takes GUTS !!
Depending on who you talk to and how much you weigh there are formula's which put my "ideal" tire pressure at about 40 front and 45 rear on 23c tires. If I had to take a guess I'd say this is irony, probably a slow leak he noticed after the ride.
I run my MTB 29er at 25f/30rpsi with formulas suggesting about 40/45 as start point. But road tyres? Generally even 32C have min pressures way higher eg) 60psi, with tradition for my weight dictating inflate to max pressure. But I actually find on the local coarse/cracked lumpy tarmac roads a bit more give, works better and doesn't significantly increase rolling resistance, least it doesn't worry me.
