    Fasting rides all January so far (up to 17.5 hours of fast), it rocks. Eating only protein and fat, no carbohydrates at all.

    Is the purpose of not eating carbs to lean out but still retain muscle?

    Why do you this? Is it get used to run on fst in stead of carbs? To change your metabolism to be morr efficient on carbs and in doing so ride a low hf?
