Not riding to Downieville on back to back days?
8 min up Rock Creek Road is "easy"? I'd hate to see hard.
Wow! Easy means 2nd overall... Hard would probably break speed limits and sound barrier :)
Downieville back to back days would for sure kill me.
OK, maybe I went at a tempo pace up rock creek rd. Max HR 158 on that one. Still, wasn't going too hard. Maybe that means I am getting in good shape!

The Bay Area is not as cold as the Sierras, but I am sick of riding when I am freezing.
