thanks Aidan- I came here from Let's Talk Day in Toronto after doing 41 interviews that day....was exhausted but am so proud to be a part of the campaign. The bike is a form of therapy for me, too!

But im glad you have undertaken the task, it takes a lot of courage to do what you are doing, opening up to the nation about ones own mental health issues is not easy but we are all so grateful that you are doing it.
