    Impressive! Your 10k pace is 31-33 minutes? Women's US champion in 2012 ran 32:40.1.

    Daniel, we use the McMillian Running calculator to determine my optimal paces for these workouts. Based on my marathon goals, my 10km pace is around 5:15/mile. Whether I could race a 10km at that pace is completely another question.
