Baumer, your head band and racquet were strung to perfection!!
Well done. Looks like a walk in the park- with lizard skin filas and a ten gallon hat.
Hardly a walk. That course is littered with rocks, ledges and techy stuff......DNFing is easy. But the lizard skin Filas did pull me through.
We are u at with the knee? Hope ur makin progress.
Yeah- that course looked chunky and sweet! I'm rehabbing the knee with some strength exercises and I'm up to 20 min spins on the trainer in the garage. So far so good, more or less. How was the competition out there? As good as California or did you miss Marco and the boys nipping at your wheel?
Great win Tylord.
Good to catch up man.. great work out there yesterday - for sure let me know if you and or the gang comes out.
It was neat to chat it up with the National champ pre-race and grab your wheel for all of 30 seconds. Also, thanks for letting me know you'd be taking the lead on the way into the singletrack. Classy racing! You're way strong... back to hill repeats for me.
some good coverage at cycling news, brisket looked tasty!
@Josh, thanks, just wanted to let you know I was coming up on you into that single track....thanks for giving some room! Keep on it, you'll get there!
@Paul, The Baum is bloated on Brisket and Beer post ride recovery eats, but still a good day in the saddle!
Check out the team race recap from Mellow Johnny's! Hang on till the end to catch the "Irish Duggy:
