A ranger I talked to said they like to keep it relatively secret since they're afraid too many visitors will stand on the delicate arch and it will collapse. For now there are no railings or signs and I hope it stays that way.

Yes, there is a use path and sign at the junction, which is at the high point of the trail over the Indian Rock ridge. (No keep off signs at the arch itself)
