Only 4x up Claremont to start? Why, back when I was racing, I used to do it 10 times, in the snow, both directions...
this is normal training in the bay. Thats why I never go by distance when i tell people what i did.
Looks like the 1st trip up Claremont is a warm up, then you go harder and harder? RESPECT!
