It's quite amusing to hit the compare feature on our rides of AOTC and follow the two dots along the hill profile line. You're ahead of course, but watch how badly I gap on every descent! The difference in our times widens and then generally narrows back down as we get on the flats.

I'm not aware of the Compare feature. Maybe it is limited on the iPad, where I usually access the site. I was the same way last year. I would lose time on the descent and then pass everyone on the climbs. This year I was a lot more comfortable.
