For a commute and for a Strava average that is quick! (I always find Strava round down your average by around 0.5mph)
the time of day you do these things does make a HUGE difference though. I left an hour later last night, partially drunk, and I beat my best time by nearly 5 minutes.
Proof of my long held hypothesis that beer is infact the best sports drink out there.
