Ted, i grew up in wolfeboro and know the kanc well, amazing place for sure. how were/are the frost heaves? im living in pdx now but my parents are still in wolfeboro. will be entertaining to compare my numbers to yours when i visit this summer. cheers,

Ted, You're making me jealous... hitting all the NH testpieces. Rode Conway - Bear Notch - To top of the Pass and back last year. Excellent ride! Wish I had your speed though ;-)

Mathew, frost heaves aren't bad. Up in the Hanover to Enfield region of Rte 4... now THAT'S bad.

Bear Notch to the top of the Kanc was one of favorite rides as well. They repaved part of the Kanc a few years ago so it wasn't that bad with the frost heaves but that may have changed since I moved.
