Looks like you're doing well back on the bike!
I can ride, but only seated. No standing = no hard accelerations = no racing. Still probably a few weeks out from being able to pull on the bars.

Whoa - so what happened to you?
I crashed on my mountain bike and tore my rotator cuff and bruised some ribs :(
First time I've ever been injured in a crash, so I can't complain too much.
