Had to stop a few times to adjust aero bars. Then had to stop when everything came flying out of my seat pack that I forgot to zip after adjusting aero bars. Then one time I just had to stop and smell the flowers.

I think aero bars are great, and I have a seat pack, and I stop to smell roses, so I back this ride 100%. In fact, I'm going to go out and do the same one right now, right after I drink 4.2lbs of water.

I would say that the only issue with this ride is when you are flying down W Chester Road you want to hammer Oak St. which is flat and straight. But there is a giant man hole cover that causes everything to fly out of you seat pack. There is a nice old lady who will come out and help you find everything though, including your phone that ended up under a car. But Oak St. has a stop sign on every corner, so hard to hammer.
