  • After a few weeks of traveling, it's good to be back racing in the Bay Area. Finished the Double Dipsea with a time of 2:36:40 and handicapped time of of around 3:33.
  • Finished my first 100 miler of the year: San Diego 100 with a finish time of 21:31:12. It was fun!
  • Trail running in Julian, CA.
  • Chasing Tim Stahler in the Nitro a Trail 5k... And never caught him! Finished in 21:51. Tim took 4th and I finished 5th!

  • After 4 months of road racing and training for Boston, I thought I was ready to run my first trail ultra of 2015... I was wrong! I finished the Quicksilver 100k with a time of 12:49:49. Good to be back on the trails!
  • "Dual in the Sun" with Chris Sanford lived up to the hype! Finished in 3:06:08. Old Jonesy took the win today but after 4 years of going back and forth with our PRs we now both have the exact same PR. Ha ha! Thank you Boston!
  • Went to church for the first time in years for the "Blessing of the Athletes" sermon. Thanks for the suggestion Shannon!
  • Ran the B.A.A. 5k with Chris Sanford this morning with photo finish time of 22:32. Great atmosphere in Boston!
  • 12 mile run up to Bald Hill.
  • The new track surface at Kezar is great!
