  • Recovery run this morning in SF! Felt better today than I did yesterday for some reason. Finished the half in 1:41:01.
  • Ran my 2nd trail race of the year and felt okay! Still in recovery mode from last week but I am happy with a 1:52:53 half marathon finish!
  • My first marathon of 2015 and I earned a New PR and BQ: 3:12:04. Now time to taper for Boston. Woo hoo!!!

  • Wishing I was back home running Way Too Cool with many of my friends! But instead I am pounding the pavement on an 18 miler along the Han River in Seoul, Korea.
  • The bridges in Korea are not baby stroller friendly but they sure are fun to run across!
  • Did my first Crossfit workout today: The 300: 25 pull-ups, 50 deadlifts, 50 push-ups, 50 step-ups, 50 toes to bar, 50 kettle bell cleans, 25 pull-ups. Took me about 35 minutes. I want to work up to the Murph!
  • The start of an 18 miler around the Yongsan Army Base.
  • Holy crap! I just found 10,000 won!!!
  • 20 mile running tour of the capital. First stop is the Seoul Tower. Pretty good views from here. It even snowed for a little bit.
  • Korea... It just feels like home. Mile 12 along the Han River.
  • Enjoying my afternoon off in Seoul, Korea. Apparently, North Korea is now preparing for war. I will be busy on Monday:
