Power, climbing & speed training program ongoing... 14th Sep 2013 - a very dark day indeed - collision with car doing illegal uturn during final UWCT training session. Straight to the trauma ward to patch me up. Hospitalised. No riding for 3 weeks. facial, neck, shoulder, hand and knee damage. Healing steadily since. Reconstructed shoulder now, feeling better again. Back riding again December 21st 2013. TDU 2014 campaign, rode to all the country stages - so much fun. January 30th, declared fit to race again. Now training for 3Peaks Challenge. Feb 5th, collision with car turning right that did not give way - broken collarbone and ribs. Out for Feb-April. June-July ok. August --> I'm Back ! Oct broken CB 2 cracked ribs, recovering again. September broken but back ! November 5th, hit by a car again, Broken CB again and another broken rib. OUT...
