Chris, never. I'm training down in Sonoma and Napa until the race starts. The rest of the team is there, but I wasn't keen to go to altitude for only 5 days or so.

See you have the same problem with the Edge 800 elevation in the wet, can fix it by uploading to Garmin Connect, Enable Elevation correction in the Additional Information panel on the left of the ride review page. Export as a .tcx to your desktop and then upload to Strava.... sounds more time consuming than it is and I'd rater be out riding too but may come in handy if a Queen stage comes out looking like a sprinters day.

It's just that your elevation was under-represented because the wicked wetness messed with your barometric altimeter, so I corrected the elevation.

Yes, I really hope to see you soon!

Any chance we can have you ride OLH hard once while you are in NorCal? Both you and Juan Pelota rode it super easy...It's our benchmark climb. Everyone knows their time up it, and people speculate daily on how it would compare to the pros. I know you aren't Pantani, but it would still be really useful to have a barometer of what a pro going hard would do (instead of having to simply speculate using VAMs).
