Thanks for asking, Mike. It was awesome, mainly because I have never ridden Trabuco, Holy Jim or Main Divide. The weather was perfect, cool and sunny, and the views of both Riverside and Orange Counties were stunning. Tough ride, though, but well worth it.

I haven't riden trabuco, what was that part like?

We went down from the top. it's all single track, with flowing curves and sweeps through an awesome canopy of pine and oak trees. I think we dropped between 1500 and 2000 feet from top to bottom over about 4 miles. There was frost on the ground in the cooler shadows of the trees. We rode through several babbling stream crossings and a shale garden. This trail seems to get alot more water because the growth was like a forest ride in Big Bear. There were a few challenging rock and root crossings that I actually walked, but a better rider would be able to ride.
How was it Daniel?
