Chicken King never disappoints

With so much going on in my life at the moment, bike racing feels more like a side hobby than a sport I have devoted decades of my life to. Adding to that a physical ailment I’ve been fighting for a long time that has kept me off the bike a lot lately. I was able to ride and move freely (once I relaxed and let it happen) today without pain for the first time in years. All that will get explained in due time, but I’m so thankful to see some hope that there could be progress and healing.

As for the race…it was fast, it was tough and it was stacked full of good ole boys that love to race bikes. Thankful to take the top step amongst so many strong competitors!
