Hi Teresa. I see that ATX has made it to the Strava Local Guides section: https://www.strava.com/local/us/austin/running/routes

jacob morris, mistake noted and corrected! But I'm becoming more undelightful as the renovation drags on, so pretty soon Dad may WISH a BF would take me off his hands.

Thanks for pointing out that Strava link, Barefoot Bill Evans! I didn't know Strava had info about running routes in Austin. If you and your wife ever make it over here, I hope y'all will have time to hike or run the river or trails with Phillip and me. Of course, I'm still hoping we will make it to Snowdonia / Shropshire for an ultra in the next couple of years!

Geri L, just listening to my friend Gwen recount her Israel experience gives me insight into why your husband was so changed by his trip. We were together for over three hours (the last hour, we spent out of the heat) and I could have sat longer just to hear Gwen describe what she saw and how it moved her. Imagine such experiences as walking where Jesus walked, seeing where He was born, wading in the Jordan River, and the like! Ben Flores, Gwen and her husband took photos the old fashioned way, with a camera, and they are having the photos printed. She didn't have any to show me yesterday😥

I think Austin is too hot for us Barefoot Teresa! :-) We are used to much milder weather. Looking forward to seeing you maybe visit the UK sometime.
