Thanks Esther Wunderink & Nate Goertzen! Just trying to get myself back into better shape after slacking too much.

Just wondering if you are doing some climbing - Pikes Peak or something. Tire dragging helps, I am sure.

Thanks Jenny Thorsen! I have no idea what to expect or rate it. It is an old 15" tire from my car. I hope to get better at it and run someday at least a 5k the entire distance. It is certainly very "tiring". Lol...ok, that was bad pun. :-P

Haha! It's hardest to drag it on pavement, so great job! I can't even manage that pace on crushed gravel which is much easier.

Good old concrete sidewalks and pavement! Lol...I just it helps, makes a dif! You get a lot of stairs from people tire dragging hahahaha

Lately, but runs often feel like that – but without the tire.

I know that feeling Kawika Holbrook. But you are pretty damn fast. For me, I was amused when I saw for a short while a pace dragging that tire that was faster than some miles earlier in the week. Lol
