Attempted Mt Frosty West summit. Made it about 200m vertical gain from the summit but ran out of time. Made the right choice once again to turn around. Getting pretty good at assessing when to fold 'em! Happy about that.

Left at 515. Arrived at 7 ish. 1.5hrs to slide, then 3 hrs up to the ridge bushwacking and stepping over trees (lots and lots of fallen trees). About 1.5hrs (6 total) until we made the call to turn around after making slow progress along the rocky ridge to Frosty West. Quite a formidable looking summit, kinda shocked Mike and me! Took only 3 hrs to get back to the car. Made good time!
