Marathon progression at a park I haven’t ran at in 15 years. My middle school self would have been blown away by this workout. My current self is satisfied but was hoping for a better cutdown. Tried the alpha flys again but they still gave me blisters on the arches of my feet. Gave them a shot but definitely won’t be using them again. If anyone wants some mens size 9 alpha flys with about 40 miles on them, hit me up!
