Interspersing short bursts of max effort with moderate-intensity stints is a highly effective, time-efficient way to get fit. Many people refer this type of workout as a HIIT workout, or High Intensity Interval Training. These specific intervals are 20-seconds each, with only 2-minute recovery. You will do 3 of these 20 second hard/ 2 minute easy intervals.
