Morning Run

Ran 1:11:52 in Pittsburgh 11 months ago and ran 1:11:52 today. Somehow had the Kinks Do It Again stuck in my head for the last 8 miles which was clearly foreshadowing.

I was honestly a little bummed when I saw the time, was hoping for more, but this is what I was capable of today. Given the cold (~32) and wind, I think I should be okay with this. I ran pretty even and felt strong most of the way. 5 weeks until Eugene. 

Fueling was good, Gu 15 before, then at 5 & 9 with no cramping, which I think bodes well for the marathon. However went 0/3 on water stations, was just smacking them out of the volunteers hands, just running too fast I guess.
