Started the day with 5 chicken wings, 4 crazy bread, a maple glazed doughnut, and a cup of coffee. For sure, I wasn’t bonking today. Not that was a concern. Just a bit full considering the effort needed today during the ride. 

Headwinds kept the pack relatively together. I could feel the full tummy but legs were on their own program, pushing the pedals down while hiding from the wind. 

Body felt taxed but legs did its job. Done and dusted. 

Beautiful day to ride.
