Welp, 6/6/6 progression.

6:11, 5:59, 6:01, 6:03, 6:00, 6;02 = 6:03s
5:50, 5:55, 5:55, 5:55, 5:55, 5:55 = 5:54s
5:48, 5:49, 5:34, 5:45, 5:44, 5:37 = 5:43s

That went as well as I could’ve hoped. Felt super smooth through the first 12 then had brutal wind for the first two of the last six, was honestly close to breaking, but got to the turn around and the last four were just awesome. 5:34 out of nowhere. Felt so good. 

I don’t know if 2:30 will quite be there, but I’m super confident going into these final 3 weeks. 

Gu 15 before and at 7, 11, and 16. Maurten 160 at 3 and 18. No cramping or stomach problems.
