    Cheers mate. Top ride from you this morning too. Especially with the hill reps in the legs from earlier in the week! New tarmac, fairly decent tailwind and a clean run with no traffic made for good conditions on Culver. Could be the deepest I've gone all year.

    Haha. Mainly involves accepting beforehand how much this is going to hurt! There's just something about that steep start on that gradually unwinding corner that blunts any thought of a good run.
