What in the world just happened? 🤯 I had no idea I could do that. 21st overall, 20th among men, 8th among men 30–39,  and 1 min 44 sec better than my previous PR… at sea level back in 2015! 6:21/mile official pace

Ran every single mile at goal pace … or substantially faster. Followed my race plan exactly, just… faster.
