This has been an absolutely horrible year for my health, but I'm hoping this last cold, which lay waste to me for two weeks, is the end of it.

The three heart-rate spikes early on were real, and a bit disconcerting, so I slowed down my already-slow plan, so as to not tempt the tachycardia gods. I hope this isn't going to become another health issue to sideline me.
