前回と同じ、今日のライドは断食でした。食べ物を持っていたんですが、要らなかった。琴滝の裏のクライムはきついですが、綺麗。



Like my last two rides, I had no food before or during the ride. I brought plenty with me, but just never needed it. No food between dinner the night before, and dinner a few hours after I finished this ride, though I did have a protein drink right after finishing the ride.



Much less hot than last time (Max 33°C instead of 42°). I lost almost 2kg of weight between the start and finish, despite drinking over 7kg of liquid during the ride (I drank 7.2L / 1.9gal). Geez.



I'm nothing but consistent on a few segments. I repeated my KOM time on "Nishigaya Dam Descent", and repeated my PR on "Rt 50 Hiyoshi Approach Descent" for the fourth time(!) I just can't shave one second off.



I screwed up on the "Hiyoshi Velodrome" segment, having had it in my mind that it was three laps instead of four. Doh!



The Kotodaki waterfall is quite impressive, and so is the 10% climb to above it (but how can it be that I'm the only Strava user to make the climb?).
