Morning Ride

A bit of everything on this ride. Start in the gorge, climb up some into the scrub oak grassland, past some ranch land, into some Pacific Northwest rainforest, through some timberland. Felt a lot cooler than someplace just an hour from Portland. Lots of biodiversity in 4 hours. Good views of Hood and Adams. Many deer, 1 slithery 🐍 and a helmet 🐝. Pristine gravel, you could have spread it on a cake, like it was made for riding, only a few squirrely spots. Ate trailbutter. Probably could have eaten more of it.
