Pretty sure my 15 year high school reunion was tonight. Lol.

Was relaxed and running really smooth until taking a solid dive at mile 6 and thrashing the knees. Bounced off the rock pretty well but they stiffened ip almost immediately. Struggled through the next mile and finally called it a day. Not stressing it.
Air quality was also shit.
