Gliding on wheels, oh what a dance,  
An 8.6k waltz, given half a chance!  
With arms like windmills, I zoomed with grace,  
But really just raced to keep up the pace.  

Heart rate a-boomin', 140’s my jam,  
Up 60 meters? Oh, what a glam!  
With every glide, the world whirled around,  
I skated so easy, I barely left ground.  

Roller disco dreams in my active attire,  
Slipping and laughing—my wheels never tire!
