This bests the old FKT of 1:44:13. (Cathedral peak only, not Eichorn Pinnacle.)

Used the Superblast for the running sections and my Skwamas for the climbing/scrambling. Lost 4min in transitions but it made for a more enjoyable experience (as opposed to doing the whole thing in approach shoes). Would consider repeating someday with trail shoes and more efficient transitions.

Start to base: 38:40
Transition to climbing shoes: 2:19
Climb to peak: 15:00
Scramble to deproach trail: 4:48
Transition back to running shoes: 1:50
Run down to base: 3:08
Run back to start: 18:57
1:24:46 total
