Gliding on wheels, a swift ballet,  
At 3.4K, I danced my way,  
Twelve minutes plus some cheerful spins,  
With a heart rate that giggles, oh, where do I begin?  

Thirteen meters of climb, like a hill of jellybeans,  
Zooming past squirrels, living their screens,  
Max speed like a cheetah on a sugar rush,  
Though really, I’m just skating—no need to fuss!  

So here’s to my stride, so mighty and bright,  
A workout so easy, it felt like a light!
