Morning Skate Symphony: Gliding Through Dawn's Gentle Breeze

Skate Through the Chill

On wheels I glided, light as a feather,  
For 2.7k, I conquered the tether.  
Eight minutes of glory, oh what a breeze,  
Chasing down squirrels and teasing some bees.  

With heart thumping slow, at a steady 129,  
Speeding past joggers, they whisper, “Divine!”  
Elevation’s a mountain — just 9 meters high,  
I soared like a snail, saying, “Look, I can fly!”  

But alas, my throne is a perch made of cake,  
In the kingdom of skaters, I’m the jester to make!
