    Getting slowly back up to speed! Off the painkillers - loads of stretching and chiro has helped I think. Foam rolling too. It's amazing how quickly the stamina goes though. Abbey Dash is the goal! What's next up for you? Would be good to get back to doing more speed work - but it's so dark in the mornings now :(
