    Still in pain.. no idea what to do lol.. took it easy aswell only a short run at a slow pace. Thinking I need to build up some muscle to help prevent these injuries so starting spinning tmrw πŸ™ˆπŸ˜‚ how are you doing?

    A lot better no pain tonight and no knee brace. I have been stretching mornings and night, also before and after exercise. Plus I took a week and a half off running.
    I also reduced my stride length tonight which helped loads
