Great MVARC turnout this morning, and the large group stuck together most of the way around the bloop! My plan was to do some intervals at 10k pace on the way back, but I discovered I didn't have much in the tank today. Guess I went a little too hard at Parkrun yesterday to be attempting another workout today.
