Maybe the most fun I've had on a bike...! Drafting all the way down from Longs Peak TH in CO is close, but this was more interesting (gravel, singletrack, obstacles/washouts), and I was less tired than then.

Pretty smooth for the most part, and now I understand the "rip" verbiage the bikers use. There were a couple spots for dismounting to navigate washouts or whatnot, but it was so fun at high speed ducking under tree branches and testing the limits a bit on some corners.

Only one instance of emergency skid/drift to make a turn of particular surprise.

Caught Jackson back on the road with ~2mi to go and finished it off together. Perfect!
