I was supposed to have ridden this route the other day with Antonio, but I had to bail because my heart went into A-fib that morning (which pisses me off, because I had surgery TWICE to avoid this).    Anyway, it got better so I headed out today with Chris, Anna, and Yuko. 

As I get older, this easy loop seems to get harder. It must be the inexorable rising of the mountains due to plate tectonics. That must be it.

Had the トマト冷麺 at the Jamaican ramen place when we were done. Delicious.
