My first trip up Ross, which I've been wanting to do since I first saw it. I figured now was a good time because I'm trying to get some scrambling practice in for the Rut, and in the process I believe I've set a new FKT for the peak (total time 1:36:37), which is sweet.
Honestly though I feel like someone has done this faster in the past, as I left a lot of time on the table due to two small routefinding errors that I had to backtrack from (cost me maybe 3min total?), along with a general lack of knowledge of the mountain. Plus, I wasn't going all-out.
I would love to come back here often.
