My "training plan" that consisted of me riding Old La Honda one minute faster every month has finally failed me. I had a good run, but I suppose it couldn't last forever. In all other ways this monthly OLH time trial was a success, with new personal bests from Eric Hanson, Phillip Maier, and Ryan Fisher (who scored a PR despite carrying up a bunch of our stuff), and impressive times from Tony Wu (20:41) and Oliver King (19:46). Thanks Jasmine WY for capturing finisher photos at the mailboxes! I'm inspired to improve my time in October, though it may require a slightly more sophisticated training plan.
